Motivation & Qualifications

• Why do you want to join the command team? I want to join the command team to help bring structure, discipline, and clear leadership that strengthens the Imperial presence. Serving in command allows me to contribute directly to the server. This role would allow me to support both leadership and players by keeping the Imperial machine running smoothly behind the scenes.

• Why are you a good fit for the Commander position? I am a good fit for the commander position because I'm always unbiased in my approach to situations. I'll take in every side of something before i act upon it. I have a strong understanding of both command decision-making and the administrative work required to support a unit long-term. This balance allows me to lead a unit that is efficient, cohesive, and true to Imperial doctrine.

• What can you accomplish as a Commander? As a Commander, I can establish clear structure, expectations, and procedures that keep the unit running efficiently. I can plan and oversee engaging operations while ensuring administrative tasks like training, evaluations, and records are handled consistently. I will support and develop subordinate officers, creating a reliable and competent command team. Overall, I can strengthen immersion, discipline, and long-term stability within the Imperial roleplay environment.

• Achievements in your current position: As a TK there isn't much to go off of at the time. Nor has there been enough time for there to be any major achievements. Truth be told.

• Do you understand your Battalion/Squad lore? During the change from Republic to Imperial, the Commandos were changed from being a sect of more elite fighters to assassins in the beginning to hunt down the remaining jedi. Later more Reassigned as trainers for the new shock troopers to come. Delta itself was one of the first officially moved into being Imperial Commandos.
