Staff Motivation & Qualifications

• Why would you like to join the staff?

  I've been part of the community for a few days now and want to do more to help out. It is something I have done in the past and have enjoyed. It would also be a huge help for the RP side of things to help bring up activity. I have ideas and plans to help with the RP side of things and having a staff member within my branch would help exponentially. I play at sometimes odd hours and have had trouble getting a hold of staff which has previously hindered tryouts/trainings. I want to be able to alleviate that for anyone that plays in those hours.

• Why would you be a good fit for the staff?

  After my years of staff expierience I know the importance of having active and reliable staff members and I intend to be exactly that. I am fairly experienced, so I know how to handle situations correctly if needed. I am also knowledgable about the server rules due to my time within it and know how to enforce them accordingly. I am a dedicated member that intends on doing everything to ensure players enjoyment of the server.

• How many hours per week can you dedicate to staff duties?

  I can do 10+ hours a week, with more time being spent on the server on weekends
