Commander Rules & Regulations

All rules listed here must be followed or your application will be denied, or you may be removed from your position.

Application Conduct: Advertising your application is strictly prohibited.
Minimum Hours: All application-based commander roles must maintain 25 hours every 2 weeks.
Term Length: All commander positions have a fixed 60-day term starting from promotion.
Promotion Restriction: Once accepted, you must wait 1 week before applying for another eligible position.
Application Timing: Applications may not be posted until 7 days before the current holder’s term expires.
Reapplication Waiting Period: Denied applications require a 30-day wait before reapplying for the same position.
Rank Caps: No position may create caps on ranks, except for predefined exceptions:
- 4 Executive Officers / Commodores / Deputy Directors
- 5 Inquisitorius
- 3 Apprentice Inquisitorius
- 1 SMB
Reports: If a report is filed against you, you cannot demote or kick the reporter while the report is active; doing so results in automatic demotion.
Authority: Commanders have full authority over document work and assigning jobs in their jurisdiction.
Term Completion: Completing a full term is required for honorary eligibility; misconduct may lead to removal.
Jurisdiction: Full authority over all ranks in your assigned jurisdiction.
Single Position Rule: Only one commander position at a time is allowed.
Resignation: Resigning removes honorary eligibility but allows stepping down to your prior rank (exceptions possible with Director approval).
Microphone Requirement: Battalion Commander+ positions must have a working microphone (exceptions by Director+ in extreme cases).
Honorary Positions: Honorary roles cannot be used to apply for other positions.
Leave of Absence (LOA):
- Submit LOA notice in the Time Away & Resignations section.
- Up to 2 weeks LOA per month during a term.
- LOAs longer than 2 weeks require Director approval.
- LOAs required for absences 3+ days.
Eligibility: Must have been active in your Sector/Battalion within the last month to apply for Commander, High Command, or Inner Circle positions.
Reapplication After Term: You may reapply within 3 months of finishing your most recent term. After 3 months, you may only apply for positions below your previous highest rank.
