Command Experience

• Prior Command Experience: Yes

• If yes, where?: Xodus IMRP x2, Relux IMRP x1, New Empire RP, Installation Eclipse.

• Leadership/Command Experience: Xodus IMRP, First time was about a month as Vice Commander of DT before the server lost its player base. The second time was as DT Commander for about two months before the server lost all activity and failed to provide RP. Relux IMRP, Was about 2 weeks as 7th sister before leaving the server to take a break from GMOD. New Empire RP, I was Army Lead / Major, and it was also around a month since I left to join Xodus for its second launch. Installation Eclipse, I've been an ensign for about 2 weeks and will be leaving the server for this server if my command application is accepted.
  

Motivation & Qualifications

• Why do you want to join the command team? I would like to join the command team because, from what I've seen, the server shows promise and passion. After meeting the owner, he was a very nice guy, and so was the ST Commander, and I believe I could help keep this type of work environment. The last reason is that I believe I could help the server with my dedication to my battalion and RP.

• Why are you a good fit for the Commander position? I personally believe I am a good fit for Death Trooper Commander, mainly because of my experience. To tie in with my previous reason, is that over my time doing SWRP I've been able to improve and develop my strenghts and weeknesses. My strengths are that I'm willing to listen, develop, change, and respond to feedback and situations. Overall I believe I would be a good fit because I'm Willing, able, responsible, caring, and love DT RP.

• What can you accomplish as a Commander? As a commander I would be able to create a battalion that focuses on purity in its RP. I can create documents and trainings that set and expectation for a death trooper and their position. I will ensure serious RP and activity in a major battalion of the server that will shine as an example of professionalism. However the biggest thing im going to accomplish is creating serious yet fun battalion that is friendly and not overbearing.

• Achievements in your current position: Reached senior mod as staff, Have led death troopers two times without incident, Have held 5 command positions, Leading republic intelligence.

• Do you understand your Battalion/Squad lore? (Include key characters, events, or battles)
  I dont know all the lore however I understand what death troopers are, how they operate, who they serve and what is expected of them.
